VersaFill

ShopTester & SmartPrinter

The ShopTester 200 is an all-in-one industrial-grade circuit and print tester that is perfect for retail environments. The unit tests more than 80 of the most popular thermal inkjet cartridges (including the newest HP 90/300 series and the Lexmark 30/80 series cartridges and their Dell equivalents).

SpinMax 100

The new SpinMax™ 100 is a fully automated inkjet cartridge centrifuge. Spinning at speeds up to 3000 RPM, this rugged steel and aluminum workhorse can safely evacuate residual ink in four different cartridges in less than a minute. With fully programmable spin settings, the SpinMax™ 100 is the only small centrifuge on the market with slow ramp-up/ramp-down speeds to prevent foam creep.

JetClean 100

Streaky prints? The JetClean™ 100 quickly and effectively rejuvenates inkjet cartridge print heads and unplugs clogged nozzles. Capable of cleaning most every inkjet cartridge with its safe yet aggressive atomization (water jet) process, the JetClean™ 100 is the most effective cartridge cleaning system available in the marketplace today. Utilizing a specialized atomization process (mixture of air and water), the JetClean™ 100 releases a pressurized spray consisting of tiny 20-micron droplets. This allows the JetClean™ 100 to penetrate the small, hard-to-reach spaces on print cartridges that other cleaning methods often miss. This system is so effective that only purified water is necessary for most applications. Studies conducted have found that, depending upon the type of cartridge, using the JetClean™ 100 prior to refilling produces a 20-50% increase in the yield of successfully remanufactured cartridges.

VersaClean 100

The VersaClean™ 100 rejuvenates dried or contaminated inkjet cartridges by both flushing out the old ink and drying the cartridges foam core. This powerful dual process cleaning system is perfect for small to medium cartridge processing sites that want to process more than just fresh cartridges. With rugged components and a small footprint, the VersaClean™ 100 is a must for every professional inkjet remanufacturing operation.

All cleaning processes are pre-programmed into the PLC-driven touch panel display. Once the flush cycle is completed and the cartridge has been centrifuged (optional) to eliminate the bulk of the water remaining in the cartridge, the VersaClean™ 100 then dries the foam core in preparation of refilling
